Since 1979, ARUNDA has been producing premium South Tyrolean sparkling wines in the heart of the village of Meltina (Mölten). At Europe's highest sparkling wine cellar, located at an altitude of 1,200 metres, exceptional sparkling wines are crafted exclusively using the traditional method of bottle fermentation.

The naturally cool and consistently stable temperatures of the deep underground cellars provide ideal conditions for an exceptionally long ageing period of the cuvées on the fine lees, lasting several years. These unique conditions give the sparkling wines their unmistakable finesse, elegance and remarkable ageing potential.

The base wines are produced from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The grapes are sourced from carefully selected vineyards in Terlano, Appiano Monte and the Isarco Valley.

Decades of experience, the extraordinary high-altitude location and an unwavering commitment to quality and continuous innovation have established ARUNDA as one of South Tyrol's most renowned and distinctive sparkling wine producers.
